Meet Cvetka, who as a tiny girl was brought into Vojvodina with the wave of colonists from Slovenia, carried in a bread-kneading trough on a train. In the village of Gudurica, at the slopes of Vršac Hills, her family and many other settlers have started a new life in a region that will mark her destiny in unusual ways.
Vladimir Šojat is active as a director of documentary films, film producer, editor and video-artist. Within his producing firm Frakcija (founded in 2015), Šojat produced several dozen awarded documentary and experimental films. Šojat explores film theory through essays and lectures. His book “Long stare: a look at the characters in the documentary film” was published by DKSG in 2019.
