  The director visits her late grandfather’s house to mourn his death with her grandmother. Once she is there, ugly truths about what kind of a man her grandfather was begin to surface. As she copes with this information, her grandmother is coming to terms with widowhood and her father is trying to cope with childhood trauma. The scars of the family show up on the walls, while her grandfather’s spirit seems to haunt the tree outside their balcony. 

Alvina Joshi is a director and editor based in Mumbai, India. This is her first directorial venture. She has been part of PSBT India’s Doc_Commune and Interaction - Filmart, Serbia.
