An essay on memory, exploring the approach to life and death in Far East Asia. Experimental documentary short shot in five countries for three years. It narrates real life experiences by the director, launching bigger questions from the observation of everyday situations. A love letter to interculturality and an invitation to the audience to stare beyond.

Маrco Huertas was born in Spain. He is a director of short films such as 56 (2016), Ipdentical (2018) or A Deer Falling Into the Sea (2021), and TV commercials for brands such as Heinz, Xiaomi or Carrefour. His body of work has received more than 100 awards worldwide. As an actor he starred in Manspreading (2018, dir. Abdelatif Hwidar), pre-selected for the Academy Awards.
